These general conditions of sale (CGV) are concluded on the one hand by the company KOMORE, SRL, Calle Abeto 1 puerta 101, 03189 Orihuela costa, +34 602 620 339, hello.42673@gmail.com as a seller (the “Seller”) and on the other hand by any natural or legal person acting as a consumer (the “Customer”) wishing to make a purchase via the website of the KOMORE company (http://komore.store/ ) .
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on the Site, both by consumers established in France and abroad.
Article 1 – Purpose of the contract
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered by the Seller on the Site.

Article 3 – Order

The Customer must return the products in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
