14 day refund policy
Terms and conditions
KOMORE SRL offers a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products in their original packaging and in perfect condition for a full refund.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Personalized or tailor-made products
- Products that are perishable or likely to deteriorate quickly
- Products not compliant with safety standards
- Products that have been used or damaged
How to return a product

Refund
